Product description
Ambermax (Giv) is a fragrance molecule from Givaudan; we sell the 10% solution of it in triethyl citrate. The systematic name is so long and complicated that we won't mention it. The fragrance substance occurs rarely, if at all, in nature. Ambermax 10% in TEC (Giv) is a clear to light yellow liquid. In this form, the scent is a strong, rather animalistic fragrance with aspects of musk, wood, and amber. It is a distinct base note, but at higher dosages, it will easily come through to the top notes. At low dosages, it is very versatile; you can consider Ambermax wherever animalistic, woody, or amber scents are needed. At higher dosages, there is a risk of the scent becoming overpowering. Can be used in soap without any problems. Although the dilution is already 10%, due to the very strong scent, it may be beneficial to make a 1% dilution; triethyl citrate (TEC) is the most obvious choice for this. Store in a cool, dry, dark place and out of reach of children.
