We ship to all countries of the world with the exception of the USA and Canada, we have customers on all continents, excluding North America and Antarctica. Some items may be
excluded for export, we will inform you about that while confirming your order.
Below you find our default shipping methods, including shipping costs and ususal transit times. The prices and times can change, the figures are only indications.
The weight is the weight of the parcel, so including product package, protective bubblewrap, foam, box, etc. The prices are the total shipping cost, these include
the box, protective materials, labour etc. The prices for EU countries include 19% VAT.
The price on the box may be different from the shipping cost we charged, either more or less. This has to do with the fact that the prices are fluctuating all the time and
we have to estimate the weight of the box before we packed it. Sometimes you are lucky, another time we are, but over time we only charge the real cost for shipping,
we don't earn or loose a lot of money on shipping. Besides that we pay for the box, wrapping, protective filling and the labour time it costs to perpare your parcel.
Please note that there may be custom charges or other legal charges that will be added in your own country, ask your customs office for additional information.
The shipping time below is the assumed shipping time according to the shipping companies. Besides that you have to add time for processing the parcel (typical 2-3 working days),
for confirming your order (typical one working day) and for the international money transfer (very different, can be a few minutes or a few weeks!).
The lines start with the shipping code (for instance BE01), the maximum weight of the parcel, the name of the service (for instance TNT IPB), other options and
the time it takes to ship the parcel from us to you. We need some time to prepare your parcel, so please add 2-4 working days to the shipping time.
Sometimes other shipping options are available. We do not recommend shipping methods that are not insured or track- and traceable, unless for tiny orders with a very
low value. Please note that the risk of using these shipping methods are completely for the customer.
The options and destinations below are the most popular, we generally have different options that are quicker and more expensive from other parcel services like DHL
and FedEx. In case you prefer another service please don't hesistate to request. Unless you ask us for another option we use the option in bold characters as default (list below).
Note that a quicker shipping option does not mean that we need less time to prepare your order!
