De Hekserij is a Dutch company, we sell raw materials (mainly for perfume and cosmetics), in small amounts to consumers, businesses and schools.
Although we sell cosmetic raw materials, perfume compounds, educational materials, chemicals, naturals, courses, packaging and other materials we export only some perfumery materials. All products we export are only intended for use in research and development and for educational purposes.
In case you want to order please start reading our pricelist (PDF document here below). If you are interested in a product contact us by email. We will discuss the way you can order, the way you can pay and so on by email. An indication of shipping costs to a few countries can be found here. If your country is not on the list please ask us for an estimation.
Prices are in euros and include the Dutch VAT. If you live outside the EU, you don't have to pay VAT, so 19% goes off the price! When you have a European VAT number (that is not Dutch) you don't have to pay the VAT to us either, according the rules of the EU. Prices can change any moment, though we intend to keep them as indicated in the pricelist.
We renewed our pricelist, adding a few more products. We had to increase several prices, most of these were increased since the release of our last pricelist, but we did not find the time to change the list. We intend to renew the pricelist several times in the following months, checking all current prices. Besides that we intend to add more information in the English part of the site.
We are closed in the period December 21 - January 3. Orders placed after December 19 will be shipped after January 3. Orders placed after December 12 might be shipped before that time. Please note that we can't help you during our holidays, in case a parcel is not delivered: all service is delayed until January 4.
Shipping prices of our default shipping options are recalculated.
Due to the harsh legal climate in the USA and Canada we cannot ship to these countries anymore. We accept orders from all countries, with exception of these two.
We are relocated now, the delay caused by the relocation is over now.
Our sales are increasing irregular. We sometimes sell more of some substances in one week than in the whole year before. It might therefor be possible that some items are sold out for up to 8 weeks.
We are closed for all business, from september 3 until september 18 (inclusive). In this period we will not process orders and hardly answer emails. In the weeks before and after this period your orders may be delayed.
Until october 2011 we will move to another building. We just started the preparations, later we will close a few weeks for the real moving operation. As soon as we know more about the planning we will inform you here. Please note that order processing and email response may take more time than usual for the next months.
We just released the new international pricelist of June 2011, with 14 new aroma chemicals added.
Due to changing rules and laws we cannot send Cosmetic hair water to the United Kingdom and Sweden anymore.
We checked the international shipping options page and added a few new countries.
